Use:  Sets a pen size parameter for plotting programs.
Null value:  0
      Use depends on task.
Tasks:
  QMSPL.......Plots contents of a plot file on the QMS
              lasergraphix printer/plotter.  LPEN is the line
              width in dots (0 => 3).
