AX2REF
Type: Adverb    (scalar)
Use:  To specify the reference pixel number on a coordinate
      axis when two reference pixels are required.
Null value: 0
Tasks:
  MCUBE......Build an n+1 dimensional image from a set of
             n dimensional images.  Null value => other end
             of axis from AXREF.
