AX2REF
Type: Adverb    (scalar)
Use:  To specify the reference pixel number on a coordinate axis when
      two reference pixels are required.
Null value: 0
Tasks:
Tasks:
   MCUBE.........Collects n-dimensional images into n+1-dimensional
                 image.  AX2REF specifies the n+1 axis pixel of the
                 image file with sequence number IN2SEQ.
   OHGEO.........Geometric interpolation with correction for 3-D
                 effects. AX2REF is the Y axis reference pixel.
