HELP SECTION

CLRSTAT
Type: Verb
Use:  CLRSTAT will clear all read and write status flags for a
      cataloged file.  This program should be used if a task has
      terminated abnormally thus leaving a file with an
      erroneous status.  Do not use this on a file which is
      currently active.
Adverbs:
  INNAME......Image name(name).       Standard defaults.
  INCLASS.....Image name(class).      Standard defaults.
  INSEQ.......Image name(seq. #).     0 => highest.
  INDISK......Disk drive # of image.  0 => any.
