Type: Adverb  (String*64)
Use:  Provides a 64-character user-defined string
Null value: '    '
      Taken as blank string to add blank fields to the history
      in batch jobs and to trigger multi-line input in
      interactive jobs.
Verbs:
  HINOTE....allows the user to add lines of text to the history
            file of an image or uv data set. ' ' => take input
            from interactive user.
