DOTWO
Type:  Adverb  (scalar)
Use:   To select whether two of something is made/done/...
Null value:
       none.  <= 0 => false,   > 0 => true.
Tasks:
   EDITR.......True means display two observables from the primary
               editing baseline.  False means display only the one
               actually used for editing.
   EDITA.......True means display two observables from the primary
               editing antenna.  False means display only the one
               actually used for editing.
