DOWIDTH
Type  Adverb   (Logical(3,4),  > 0  =>  true)
Use:  An logical array, dimension (3,4), associated with GWIDTH,
      the initial guess of the (Major axis, Minor axis, Position
      angle) of the component.  Units are in (pixels, pixels,
      deg).  1 -> Let parameter vary; -1 -> Keep parameter fixed
Null Value:  true (all 1).
