      'MA' = 16-bit integer map
      'PL' = Intermediate plot file
      'HI' = History file
      'UV' = UV plane data
      'CC' = Clean Components file
      'SL' = Slice (one-dimensional cut) file
Null Value:  '  '
      Null value means any type.
Verbs:
   CLR4NAME....Clears adverbs specifying the fourth input image
   GET4NAME....Fills 4th input image name parameters by catalog slot
               number.
