      associated with IN4NAME, IN4CLASS, IN4SEQ, IN4EXT.
Null Value:  0
      Null value usually means take the highest version number.
Tasks:
  PDPLT......Plots selected contents of PD tables.  IN4VERS is
             the version number of the PD file of the 4th input
             data set.
