HELP SECTION

PASSWORD
Type: Verb
Use:  PASSWORD is used to change the password for the current
      user number.  A password is <= 12 characters in length and
      case (upper/lower) is significant.  If a user's password
      is not all blank, then AIPS will require the user to enter
      it correctly (you get 2 tries) before it will procede with
      normal operations.
