HELP SECTION

PCABL
Task:  DiFX PC tables created with PCLOD to not contain cable cal
       information.  PC table version 1, writen to the FITS-IDI
       file does contain these values.  PCABL reads the values
       from PC table version 1 and updates the PC table INVERS.
Adverbs:
  INNAME.....Input UV file name (name).      Standard defaults.
  INCLASS....Input UV file name (class).     Standard defaults.
  INSEQ......Input UV file name (seq. #).    0 => highest.
  INDISK.....Disk drive # of input UV file.  0 => any.
  INVERS.....PC table version to be updated.  0 -> highest
  DETIME.....Times in PC table 1 are treated as the same if they
             are within DETIME seconds.  0 -> 1
  BADDISK....The disk numbers to avoid for scratch files (sorting
             tables mostly).
