Type: Adverb   (Real)
Use:  An RMS deviation about the mean image value in the units
      specified in the image header.
Null value:  none.
Verbs:
   IMSTAT.......Determine image statistics in rectangular area
                and return results in adverbs.
   TVSTAT.......Determine image statistics in polygonal areas
                set with the TV cursor and return results in
                adverbs.
