REASON
Type: Adverb  (String*24)
Use:  Standard data selection adverb, used to give a reason for
      flaging a specified set of data.  Can later be used to
      identify entries in the flag table to delete, i.e.
      unflag the data.
Null Value:  '                        ' => no reason.
