SYSVEL
Type:  Adverb  (scalar)
Use:   This adverb specifies the systemic velocity of a spectral
       line source in km/s. The velocity is given in absolute
       terms and the reference frame and velocity definition are
       specified by the adverbs VELTYP and VELDEF.
Null value:
       0   => no change.
       If a SYSVEL of zero is required set SYSVEL to 1.0e-10
