TVDATA or TVFACTS
Type:  Verb
Use:   To list information about the current TV display.  Users forget
       the TV size parameters shown, amidst a welter of output lines, as
       the TV starts up.  Further information about the the number of
       grey-scale and graphics channels, the intensity ranges used at
       the stages of the TV imaging, and the colors of the graphics
       channels.
Adverbs:
  PRTLEV.....Amount of information:
             0 - basic TV size, current window, number of channels
             1 - plus the intensity ranges at the LUT and OFM stages
             2 - plus the colors of the graphics planes
             3 - plus the colors of overlapped graphics planes
