HELP SECTION

VECTOR
Type: Adverb  (Logical,  > 0  =>  true)
Use:  True (1) means average UV data with vector means (averaging real
      and imaginary parts separately).  False means average amplitudes
      directly which has a bias but is insensitive to phase problems.
Null value:  true (1)
Tasks:
   FLAGR.....Flags data based on variations with time and the rms's in
             the data.
