Type: Adverb  (Real)
Use:  The conversion of arcsec to millimeters for plots
Null value:  0
      Usually means to fill the page as much as possible while
      maintaining the same scale for both X and Y axes.
Tasks:
   LWPLA.........Translates plot file(s) to a PostScript printer or file.
   TKPL..........Task to send a plot file to the TEK.
   TVCPS.........Task to copy a TV screen-image to a PostScript file.
