DODELAY
Type: Adverb  (scalar)
Use:  True ( > 0) means do something including delays.
      False (<= 0) means omit delays from the operation.
Null value:  false (-1)
Tasks:
   EDITA.....Interactive TV task to edit uv data based on TY/SY/SN/CL
             tables.  DODELAY = 1 causes delays/rates to be included in
             the editing.  DODELAY = 2, 3 causes muiti-band delay,
             dispersion to be the parameter used in editing.
   SNEDT.....Interactive SN/CL/TY/SY table editor using the TV.  DODELAY
             is used as in EDITA.
