GETITIME
Type: Verb
Use:  Returns the data set integration time in seconds if that time is
      available as a random parameter ("INTTIM").  This random
      parameter should be available on all VLB data sets and all
      modern (EVLA) data sets.  Use PRTUV to decide for yourself what
      the integration time might be on old VLA data sets.
Adverbs:
  INNAME......UV data set name(name).   Standard defaults.
  INCLASS.....UV data set name(class).  Standard defaults.
  INSEQ.......UV data set name(seq. #).  0 => highest.
  INDISK......Disk drive # of image.  0 => any.
  BPRINT......Can be used to select which data record is used to set
              the integration time.   <= 0 -> 1.
