Type: Adverb (Real)
Use:  Version number associated with an extension file
      associated with IN3NAME, IN3CLASS, IN3SEQ, IN3EXT.
Null Value:  0
      Null value usually means take the highest version number.
Tasks:
  GREYS......Plots images as contours over multi-level grey
             IN3VERS is the last Slice file whose locations are
             to be overplotted.
  IBLED......Interactive BaseLine based visibility EDitor.
             IN3VERS is the CC model file version number
  PDPLT......Plots selected contents of PD tables.  IN3VERS is
             the version number of the PD file of the 3rd input
             data set.
