OFFSET
Type: Adverb (real)
Use:  An offset value which is used in a task or a verb.
Null Value: None
Verbs:
   RESCALE.......Verb to modify image scale factor and offset.
Tasks:
   ANTAB.........Read amplitude calibration information into AIPS.
                 OFFSET in minutes is used to increase the scan length
                 on each side.
   APGS..........Deconvolves image with Gerchberg-Saxton algorithm.
                 OFFSET is a Prussian Hat added to the beam.
   HOLOG.........Read & process holography visibility data to telescope
                 images.  OFFSET is the distance between the focal point
                 and the bottom of the subreflector.
   IMFIT.........Fits Gaussians to portions of an image.  OFFSET is a
                 cutoff level as a fraction of the peak value.
   JMFIT.........Fits Gaussians to portions of an image.  OFFSET is a
                 cutoff level as a fraction of the peak value.
   PASTE.........Pastes a selected subimage of one image into another.
                 OFFSET is added to the subimage data.
   PLROW.........Plot intensity of a series of rows with an offset.
                 OFFSET is an offset between rows in map units.
   STEER.........Task which deconvolves the David Steer way.  OFFSET
                 is the "trim" level as a fraction of the peak.
