PRTIME
Type:  Adverb (Real scalar)
Use:   Limits functions to things younger than or older than
       PRTIME days.
Null value:  0
Verbs:
  CLRMSG.....Delete selected contents of the message log file.
             Only messages older than PRTIME are deleted.
  PRTMSG.....Print selected contents of the message log file.
             Only messages younger than PRTIME are printed, but 0
             means all times.
Tasks:
  PRTAC......Prints contents and summaries of the accounting file.
             Output restricted to times closer than PRTIME, but 0
             means all times.
