AVGIF
Type: Adverb   (Real)
Use:  Controls whether and how IFs are averaged.
Null value:  Usually <= 0 -> no averaging.
Tasks:
   ANBPL.........Plots and prints uv data converted to antenna based
                 values.  AVGIF controls whether the IFs are averaged
                 or displayed separately.
   VPLOT.........Plots visibilities one baseline at a time.  AVGIF
                 controls whether the IFs are averaged or displayed
                 separately.
