CON3COL
Type: Adverb   (Real)
Use:  Controls whether and how contours are colored,
Null value:  Usually <= 0 -> no coloring other than dark lines.
Tasks:
   KNTR..........Make a contour/grey plot file from an image w multiple
                 panels.  CON3COL > 0 -> use color when plotting a range
                 of spectral channels.
   PCNTR.........Generate plot file with contours plus polarization
                 vectors. CON3COL > 0 -> use color when overplotting
                 contours of multiple spectra, channels.
