HELP SECTION

DECIMAL
Type:   Adverb  (logical,  > 0  =>  true)
Use:    Tells a task or procedure that a parameter is in decimal form
Null value:  false (<= 0).
Verbs:
   CODECIML......Convert between decimal and sexagesimal coordinate
                 values.  DECIMAL controls the direction of the
                 conversion.
Task:
   STARS.........Generates an ST extension file with "star" positions
                 for plotting in later tasks.  DECIMAL > 0 => right
                 ascensions and declinations are in decimal degrees
                 rather than sexagesimal in the input text file.
