DELTAY
Type: Adverb (Real)
Use:  Describes an increment or a size in the Y direction.
Procedures:
   SETXWIN.......Procedure to set BLC and TRC with TV cursor
                 DELTAY is an output adverb giving the width of the
                 window in Y in pixels.
