DODATE
Type:     Adverb   (Scalar - generally logical)
Use:      Specifies if the date and time are to be used or ignored.
          > 0 => they are used.
Tasks:
   ALBUS.........Calculate ionospheric delay and Faraday rotation using
                 ALBUS.  DODATE true causes the output files to be
                 written in a subdirectory of the user-specified data
                 area with name ddmmmyyhhmm (e.g. 01AUG241125)
