DOEOF
Type: Adverb (Logical,  > 0  =>  true)
Use:  On tape input operations: read until an EOF.
      On tape output operations: write EOF after output.
      (Always writes EOFs, but if DOEOF < 0.0, then it backs up
      tape to just before the first of them.)
Null value:  true (1).
