DOFRACT
Type: Adverb  (Logical)
Use:  Used to tell a task to compute a fraction or ratio.

Null value:  <= 0 - false
             > 0  - true
Tasks:
   PCNTR.........Generate plot file with contours plus polarization
                 vectors.  DOFRACT tells it to plot vectors of
                 fractional polarization rather than polarization.
