EHNUMB
Type: Adverb  (string*4)
Use:  An extended hexadecimal (base 36) number expressed as a
      character string uSing the characters 0 through 9, followed by
      A through Z.
Null value:  0
Verbs:
   EHEX..........Converts a decimal number into an extended hexdecimal
                 number.  EHNUMB is the output adverb.
   REHEX.........Converts an extended hexdecimal number in a decimal
                 number.  EHNUMB is the input adverb.
