FREQSEL
Type: Adverb  (Real array * 30)
Use:  List of frequencies to be selected.
Null Value: 0 => all
Tasks:
   ATLOD.........Reads ATCA data in RPFITS dormat into AIPS
                 FREQSEL lists the desired frequencies in MHz.
