Type: Adverb (Real)
Use:  Maximum version number associated with an extension file
      associated with INNAME, INCLASS, INSEQ, INEXT.
Null Value:  0
Verbs:
  GETVERS.....Finds maximum version number of an extension file
              returns MAXVERS with messages and ERROR
  QGETVERS....Finds maximum version number of an extension file
              quietly, returns MAXVERS and ERROR
