Type: Adverb (Real scalar)
Use:  General adverb to refer to the number of things in the "Y"
      direction.

Tasks:
   IM2CC.........Task to convert an image to multi-facet Clean
                 Components.  NY is the number of sub-images (facets)
                 in the y direction.
   KNTR..........Plots contours and grey scales with mutiple panels.
                 NY is the requested number of panels in the Y direction
Procedures:
   IMFRING.......Large image delay fitting with IM2CC and OOFRING.
   IMSCAL........Large image self-cal with IM2CC and OOCAL.
