OFFSCROL: Verb which deactivates scroll of an image

HELP SECTION

OFFSCROL
Type:  Verb
Use:   Restores TV scroll (position shift) to zero.
Adverbs:
  TVCHAN.....Specifies TV channel. If zero, OFFSCROL uses all enabled
             channels.
  GRCHAN.....If > 0, the graphics overlays also have scroll set to
             zero (all grpahics channels scroll together).
