PHSLIMIT
Type:  Adverb  (Real)
Use:   PHASE is a general adverb to express a phase value associated
       with a visibility sample or other complex quantity.  It is
       expressed in degrees.
Null value:  NONE
Tasks:
   CLIP..........Edits data based on amplitudes, phases, and weights out
                 of range.  PHSLIMIT specifies the maximum okay phase
                 in the parallel-hand polarizations.
   CLPLT.........Plots closure phase and model from CC file.  Only those
                 triangles with absolute values of closure phase
                 exceeding PHSLIMIT are plotted.
