PIXSTD
Type: Adverb   (Real)
Use:  An RMS deviation about the mean image value in the units
      specified in the image header.
Null value:  none.
Verbs:
   ACTNOISE......Puts estimate of actual image uncertainty and zero in
                 header.
   IMSTAT........Determine image statistics in rectangular area and
                 return results in adverbs.
   TVSTAT........Determine image statistics in polygonal areas set with
                 the TV cursor and return results in adverbs.
Tasks:
   AVGWT.........Computes the average visibility weight of the included
                 data.
   CUBIT.........Model a galaxy's density and velocity distribution from
                 full cube.
   DCONV.........Deconvolves a Gaussian from an image.  PIXSTD is the
                 rms level to stop the iterations.
   GAL...........Determine parameters from a velocity field.
   IMEAN.........Displays the mean & extrema and plots histogram of an
                 image.
   POLCO.........Task to correct polarization maps for Ricean bias.
   SERCH.........Finds line signals in transposed data cube.
   UVRMS.........Computes statistics of a selected subset of a uv data
                 set.
   WARP..........Model warps in Galaxies.
