HELP SECTION

POLTS
Task:  This task generates random numbers and then computes things
       related to the polarization amplitude.  It then compares the
       corrections found in POLCO and COMB ('POLC').  The output
       text file has the first column as the correct polarization
       divided by the rms.  The third and second column are
           1. Correct
           2. Mean P  avg w median P
           3. Mean - correct avg median - correct
           4. RMS P avg avg with MAD
           5. P2 after COMB correction
           6. Correct - corrected P2 (COMB)
           7. P2 after POLCO correction
           8. Correct - corrected P2 (POLCO)
           9. P2 after NEW correction
          10. Correct - corrected P2 (NEW)
          11. 1st column avg measured (2) 2nd error (3)
Adverbs:
  OUTTEXT....Output text file suitable to PLOTR
  DOPOL......> output only type 11, = 0 -> output types 1-11,
             < 0 output 1-10 (not 11)
  XINC.......Basic interval of polarization computed.  0 -> 0.05
  NPOINTS....Number of points printed.  0 -> 1000.
