Use:   To specify which program to use
Null value:
       Blank task dependent
Tasks:
   ALBUS.........Calculate ionospheric delay and Faraday rotation using
                 ALBUS.  PROGRAM chooses which container program is
                 used.  'SINGULARITY' chooses singularity, else
                 apptainer.
