HELP SECTION

REASON
Type: Adverb  (String*24)
Use:  Adverb used to give a reason for flaging a specified set of data.
      Can later be used to identify entries in the flag table to delete
      the flag, i.e. to unflag the data.
Null Value:  ' ' => no reason or one giving task/date/time.
Tasks:
   BPEDT.........Interactive TV task to edit uv data based on BP tables.
   EDITA.........Interactive TV task to edit uv data based on TY/SY/
                 SN/CL tables.
   EDITR.........Interactive baseline-oriented visibility editor using
                 the TV.
   QUACK.........Flags beginning or end portions of UV-data scans.
   TVCPS.........Task to copy a TV screen-image to a PostScript file.
                 REASON if not blank is added at the bottom of the
                 output PostScript file.
   TVRGB.........Make TV image from images of true color (RGB) images.
                 REASON if not blank is added at the bottom of the
                 output PostScript file.
   UVFLG.........Flags UV-data.
