Type: Adverb   (String(10)*8)
Use:  A general adverb which contains ten characterelements as
      parameters to some process.
Null value:  Usually ' '.
Tasks:
   ANTAB.........Read amplitude calibration information into AIPS.
                 SPARM provides a list of stations to ignore.
