SPARM
Type: Adverb   (String(10)*8)
Use:  A general adverb which contains ten elements as
      parameters to some process.
Null value:  Usually ' '.
Tasks:
  ANTAB.....Read amplitude calibration information into AIPS.  SPARM
            provides a list of stations to ignore.
