TIME2
Type: Adverb  (Array(8))
Use:  The time range of a second calibration scan when two are needed
      to cover all antennas.
      Adverb is only known after RUN VLBAUTIL.

      1-4 = start day,hr,min,sec
      5-8 = end   day,hr,min,sec

Procedures:
   VLBAMPCL......Calculates and applies manual instrumental phase
                 calibration.
