TYSMOLEV
Type: Adverb (Real)
Use:  Specifies the clip level used in flagging bad values in the TY
      table.  If TYSMOLEV > 0, TYSMO is used to clip low and high TY
      values.  This is followed by a median window filter and further
      clipping.  Finally a boxcar is used to replace the flagged
      values with smoothed good values.
Null Value:  0
      Null value, means the TY table is used with no filtering.
Procedures:
   VLBAPIPE......Applies amplitude and phase calibration procs to VLBA
                 data.
   VLBARFI.......Calibrates VLBA autocorrelations, writes out statistics
   VLBARUN.......Applies amplitude and phase calibration procs to VLBA
                 data.
   VLBAWIDE......Calibrates all VLA wide-band autocorrelations with
                 VLBARFI.
