Type: Adverb  (Real array (6,6) )
Use:  List of X-Y phase differences
Null Value: 0 => use values in data
Tasks:
   ATLOD.........Reads ATCA data in RPFITS dormat into AIPS
                 XYPHASE can override the recorded values (Degrees).
