Task: Chebyshev polynomials are used by AIPS tasks DTSIM and RPMDS to
create time variable gains among other things. This task writes
a text file of input to PLOTR to plot these functions.
Adverbs:
APARM......List of up to 10 Chebyshev orders (value 1 to 100 allowed)
OUTFILE....Output text file name in the usual AIPS conventions.
