DOCLIP
Type: Adverb (scalar)
Use:  Controls the clip level in Jy in VLB pipelines
      <= 0  -> no clipping
Procedures:
   VLBAMPHC......Applies VLBARUN calibration to additional phase
                 stopping centers
   VLBARFI.......Calibrates VLBA autocorrelations, writes out
                 statistics.  DOCLIP sets the amplitude clip level
                 for task CLIP.
   VLBARUN.......Applies amplitude and phase calibration procs to
                 VLBA data.  DOCLIP sets the amplitude clip level
                 for task CLIP.
   VLBAWIDE......Calibrates all VLA wide-band autocorrelations with
                 VLBARFI.  DOCLIP sets the amplitude clip level
                 for task CLIP.
Tasks:
   SOUSP.........Fits source spectral index from SU table or adverbs.
                 DOCLIP allows task to omit discrepant data points.
