ROTATE
Type:  Adverb (Real)
Use:  ROTATE is a general adverb used to denote rotation.  The
      units are in degrees.  Generally the sense of rotation is
      such that a positive rotation will cause the image to
      rotate counter-clockwise.
Null Value:  NONE
