HELP SECTION

SNDUP
Task: Task which copies single-pol SN entries to dual pol.
This task is used in dual polarization observations.
When calibration is performed on a single polarization
(say RR) then SNDUP will copy the SN table generated to
a file with either 2 or 4 polarizations. It will copy
the entries from the single polarization SN table to
both RCP and LCP columns in the output SN table.
SNCOR can then be used to correct for any (hopefully
constant) R-L delay and/or phase differences.
Calibrating in this manner makes no assumption about
there being zero Stokes V polarization as would happen
if the calibration was generated using Stokes I.
