UVDGP
Task:  This task copies a visibility data file, omitting the
       Mth Nth of the data, where M=APARM(1) and N=APARM(2).
       For example, if M=1 and N=2, then the first half of
       the data set is deleted.  Or, if M=3 and N=8, then
       the third eighth of the data set is deleted.
Adverbs:
  INNAME.....Input UV file name (name).      Standard defaults.
