UVTAPER
Type:  Adverb (Real array, 2 elements)
Use:   Specify widths in U and V directions of gaussian function
       used to weight down long baseline data points.  Units are
       distance to 30 percent point of gaussian in kilolambda
Null value: 0
       Null value means do not taper.
