Type:  Task
Use:   To position tapes without making AIPS wait on the
       operation.
Adverbs:
  INTAPE.........Tape drive number.  0 => 1.
  OPCODE.........Desired operation: 'REWI' => rewind.
                    'EOT ' => advance to end-of-information.
                    'AVFI' => advance or back files.
  NFILES.........Number of files to advance (> 0) or to back
                 up (< 0).  0 => back to start of present file.
