TIMETOL
Type: Adverb  (Scalar)
Use:  Defines tolerance in seconds.  Calibration records within
      TIMETOL will be merged.
      Adverb is only known after RUN MERGECAL.

Procedures:
   MERGECAL......Procedure to merge calibration records after
                 concatenation.
